I will send you my service history of a brand new KTM Super Adventure S 2022, which stayed in service for.... almost one year... imagine buying a brand new bike and one month later you send it to dealership for fixing, then ride it for several weeks and send it again and again...and KTM not willing to replace the bike or extend the warranty although they clearly didn't have a clue how to fix it or how long will it take. That might change your opinion about all those haters. Lost one year of warranty because KTM don't give a s** about their customers after sales. Any brand can have issues, but the way you treat them as a manufacturer makes all the difference (bot KTM and the dealership ignored)
@brandonstrong6846 It had the misfire issue (Ricardo_Yeep also had a video on his channel but deleted it for some reason). 1. Take 1# I noticed the problem in the first 100 KM. When the bike went to first service interval (1000km) I mention this problem, but it wasn't reproduced by the KTM service. 2. Take 2# Several KMs later after almost crashing into a corner because the bike cut power and then gave it all back, I've sent the bike again to KTM service where they were able to reproduce the problem and tweaked the fuel mapping (as KTM suggested). Took the bike back, rode it for 50 KMs and the misfire happened again. 3. Take 3# After a week I've send the bike back where the bike had some ignition sensor replaced. Took the bike again, rode it for 400 KMs, in which the problem happened 8 times. 4. Take 4# Back to service... where it had the first flywheel replaced. The problem was still not fixed. The bike had 2000KMs At this point I tried to reach KTM Austria (via support website, phone, email, social media) and ask for a new bike because it had 3 failed service intervention for the same problem , but KTM didn't bother even to say hi. I reached the Dealership (the dealership is not the same company as the service) and told about the problem, and he told me "don't worry , it will be fixed" and then stopped responding to my calls/emails. 5. Take 5# Back to service again... The bike got a new flywheel again (it stayed almost 3 full months in service this time). Took the bike, rode it for only 100 KMs as it was already crazy cold (middle of November) and the problem seem to be fixed (I cannot be sure 100% until I ride it for more KMs). Then the winter came so could ride, currently I have a broke my leg and cannot test to see if it was indeed fixed....and it has less than 4 months out of the warranty.
