I love old school 1971-2003 Dodge B Series generation! This fascia only fits for 1994-1997 Dodge B Series models! Dodge B Series was the longest running old school van! Dodge B Series was the best van from the early 1980's to the mid 1990's!
Not the best walk around video . After watching his video on a Subaru Outback which was very thorough and 18 minutes long, this was only 12 min long and the 6 minutes should have been used showing the following and not ignoring the obvious. First od all the cars at the price you are selling them for ,most are concerned about the drivetrain , brakes and suspension. The big ticket repairs that are coming at some point. The body is important but who cares about a door ding or a scratch. Big spots of rust sure showw that, but you spent 6 minutes showing the body. You did not use the ladder to show the roof, you missed a good size door dent on passenger side below the body line. you do not show the rocker area which is where car from the east coast usually rot. This video you did not show the ther signal, brake , emergency lights nor the headlights and if any of them worked. You showed the fan on the dash failed to work but never addressed the A/c and if that woeked nor the heater. The windshield wipers and fluid dispensers were not tested, you also did not show the power windows working and I couldn't tell if it had power locks or not. Did the van have only one gas tank? Where are all the seats? You can clearly see the indentations from where they were recently. You show the milage on the odometer but failed to show the temp gauge or gas gauge which you can see do not work in the video. Yopu describe the only seat as in good condition, I disagree , I would say fair for leather but that's just my opinion . When you got out of the van the arm rest was hanging on one side, you stopped and looked at it , paused while you thought if you were going to address the problem but chose not too. You measure the tires but do not mention what the min tread by law is, and if you ran your hand acrosss the tires you would feel a wear pattern which would indicate alignment /suspension issues. you said there was a full size spare but did you take the time to show us. One of the tires seemed really tattered compared to the other 3 like it might have been the spare . In closing your assesment of the subaru was way better. Personally I would like to see the oil and transmission fluid on the dip sticks and powersteering and brake fluid condition at the reservoir. show a compression test and the gauge readings. Also do you have an Emissions program out there or a safety inspection that you could show results from? Put the car on a rack so we can see if there are leaks and condition of the schocks and suspension. Pull off a tire so we can see brakes front and rear both sides. Sure it takes time but then you could say that you truley showed everything. As an out of state intrested party I would rather not spend money to send an inspector to l;ook at a vehicle that hasd issues that could very easily been shown in your video. A better job on your part would mean to me that a third party iinspection might not be required and those funds could go to you in a larger purchase price. When you over look the small things and don't address the big things it starts shooting red flags everywhere in my mind. Used car salesman already have a bad reputation which I think is unfair for thoses in your industry. It only takes a few to ruin it for the rest , and I would think you would want to help eliminate the stereotype, if and when you would have the opportunity to do so. The subaru I would feel I could buy and have shipped to CA. and be happy with my purchase, right now the van I would weant but do not have the same feeling about bidding on it without sending an inspector to check it out. which is why I am leaving this for you . With the time left and being memorial day weekend I doubt there is time to get an inspection done. Also do you have any recors / receipts for any maintence done in the last twenty years? Was the car a trade in or ???. I am not trying to bust your hump, I am only trying to get the answers so I feel I am making an informed decision, so I can justify ther expense of buying a car from you and the cost of shipping , and registering an ouit of state car in Ca. If it doesn't pass smog out here it's a bloody nightmare to deal with the hoops the DMV expects you to jump thru to get a registration sticker
