Even if they wanna take shortcut, they are entering through the events gate, so they have to pay, who ever they may be, but if they have a permit, from the authority, as a youtuber/a vlogger, they can do whatever they wanted to and if the volunteers started dropping them in the route, which they wanna take, other people might also starts doing that and that's goona be a problem for those volunteers , but in their case it's different, they are not there to promote the festiv season, but to promote hatred and misinformation, those types of people, who doesn't want to follow the rules, are not fit to be in this types of platform and they were speaking rudely from the beginning and you know what? It's written in their discription "stay calm and travel", but they were not calm at all 😂🤣.

The festival has had very important people like our Respected Vice President, Governor of Assam, Prime minister of India, Chief ministers etc at the occasion.
The venue is not his Shortcut road to the Highway.
Moreover, the tickets are free for the participants and people incharge. Including those bikers who belong to the Royal Enfield club.
He should follow the rules and regulations set up by the concerned authority. ie “The department of Tourism and Culture Government of Nagaland”

But it's not allowed, so in that case the volunteers are asking them to buy the tickets and go inside. This is not some local festival, it's international so rules should be strictly followed. They should have gone through if @Solo Namad talked with some politeness atleast but instead he talked about Naga hospitality and stuff so who would want to help if somebody says bad things.
That's not the attitude to behaves infront of the elders or the so called volunteers on duty. Being a youtubers doesn't gives you the right to go/film everywhere/anything you want, there's somthing called rules to be follow and also a privacy, if he/she doesn't wants to be film, you have to respect that.
Photography and video tapping in public is a constitutionally protected activity so you cannot stop someone from exercising their rights. And if you want to create a privacy stay at home. There's no expectation of privacy in public.

I'm sorry to mention but, the hornbill venue is not someone's house or a residential place but its an official festival organized by the Government of nagaland. Rules and regulations are not based on emotions. Lastly, I've never seen anyone going inside the gate of a government official building guarded by securities just because it's more short cut to his house? :)

Yes. That's legit. Solo nomad should respect the rules and during festivals rule can be changed overnight for safety purpose. Yes you are not criminal but there will be a chance of a security bridge during special occasions when we allow people movement without control. Example recent south korea stamped incident. In my view, the volunteer seems concerned about the security and safety of the people and festival. It's normal that people have to bear inconvenience at certain occasions. They should not make a big deal of it. Peace and love wins✌️

It was a simple issue actually. He should have just paid the entry fee amounting to Rs. 50/- only, and could have easily taken the short cut route leading to his destination after entering the gate. The entry fee helps the tourism department to build infrastructure around the Kisama village so that everyone could enjoy the festival. The volunteers were just doing their duty. They were instructed by the officials to strictly check the gate for both local and outsiders. Without strict rules many unwanted things may happen given the fact its a festival and merry time. Hope there won't be any misunderstanding in the future. Sorry to our brother vlogger for what happened. Hope you explore more and enjoy your stay in nagaland. Peace and love ✌

So there is a main gate below. And that gate is from north. Usually people go inside the venue without tickets and to not allow unnecessary entry they've kept people to watch over the gate.
Just after the gate there is the venue so even if there is shortcut to high way or whatever anyone going inside the venue there is a mandate to pay 50 rupees.

Entry tickets were issue on daily basis. If he's not going to the festival than where is he going by crossing the festival entry point. Not a big issue, but the attitude of youtubers showing his so many subscribers and challenging the volunteers is so stupid. Have seen so many TH-cam videos of his (Bangladesh, nepal, arunachal etc ) his travel vlog. He is Inexperience youtuber. This issue was totally his fault. He was entering the entry point not exit point. One being a youtuber should not support his fellow youtuber knowing his guilty.

It is good that this incident happened. Nagaland puts a red-curtain over alot of things in the state and does not allow free speech. These things coming to light actually improve Nagaland. SOme criticism is necessary.
@jfoxx I relate with what you've mentioned. The volunteers stationed at the gate could've handled the situation more professionally. Maybe they were not that experienced enough. Through constructive criticisms much can be learned and improved. As far as the vloggers are concerned, they should've not brought the name of naga community for some misunderstandings and miscommunication. They should've been more professional and to add, they are vlogging in a place which is not their homeland. Surely, with cameras in the hand and having youtube as a channel comes responsibilities and one should be aware of it. Anyway, hope it will be better in the days to come 👍

When he could easily go through the highway which was just below them he decided to take the route through the festival venue well well if you want to enter the festival venue you need to pay Rs 50 which he didn't want to pay.. It's simple the volunteers were asking him to take the actual road that leads to their destination but he was so arrogant and adamant that he insisted on going through the venue that too without paying.. He was asking for trouble good that those volunteers held their nerves.....

Being a youtuber carrying camera doesn't make one a VIP the rules were simple if you want to enter the premises be it 1min or whole day you should pay that's it..

2) The volunteers clearly told that pass is for daily basis, which means even if you stay there for 10 days, you will have to buy pass for all those 10 days.
3) If no entry without pass, would you still fight your way in claiming to be a TH-camr?
4) Is TH-camr a VIP in your native who gets access to anywhere anytime cos that’s not how it works in my place or other places.
5) Have you seen the way they are dressed with all those big bags (Not being subjective but seriously I wouldn’t let them enter my village if someone dress like that come and is arguing, looks more like uneducated and illiterate teenagers causing problem around a while there are lots of foreign and other vip tourist in the venue.
6) Do you really think you would even have the patience to talk to them if you have the authority with group of friends and someone comes and say is this how the people of whichever state are you belong to?
Never knew who they were or you were before in my life but because of this incident, you both get a strike mark from my end 😅.

In the name of shortcut what if everyone takes advantage and enters? And that is the second gate that leads directly to the festival. Holding a camera doesn't give you all the freedom you want, rules are rules and everyone should obey, if you don't want to pay the minimum entry fee then take the trouble taking the long way out to the main highway. And your content looks like you were the one who actually had a bad experience (like you visited the festival); way too misleading.
