thats not how pr works brother its not like you complete a course then get a job and apply for pr thats not how it works firstly, there is a quota secondly, your skill must be in the skill occupation list 3) you need to have minimum of 6 ielts overall score 4) you need to get invitation depending on the visa for example: for state nominated visa, you need to get state invitation to apply for pr for that, there are certain criteria that must be in the particular state's rules each state has it own criteria in total, australia offer 190000 pr quota per year this australia doesnt grant pr to over 190000 people per year also there is 2 TGV (temporary graduate visa) 1) post study work visa - up to 5 years of psw including second psw visa 2) graduate work visa (for anyone) and is for up to 18 months only also you will be completing with lots of people to get pr its not easy infact australia is one of the most difficult country to get pr.

Good question. Laptop is always better. As you can do assignments way easier. You can get ipad later if needed but laptop is a must.
