Really cute.i would turn the 5 in round inside out and spray with hair spray. Then put the funnel on and then the glitter maybe. Definitely want to learn the. Pie. Also where do you get your dresses? They're so adorable.
Hi Holly! Long time watcher, first time commenter; What about putting a small tube/straw onto the hairspray can like there are on WD40 cans, so that you can insert it into the balloon with ease? Maybe you could just use WD40 to coat the balloon so the glitter could stick to the surface. They sell little spray cans you could carry with you to shows. I just dont know how the it will react with the latex.This was my thought before you had mentioned spraying the outside with glitter hairspray. Thank you for your amazing tutorials! Much Love!

I've been twisting for a few months but can only do learned designs and can't figure out how to make things on my own (think your amazing by the way, I have massive hero worship going on lol)

Hey Holly- next time just use glitter hairspray! I keep a can in my balloon kit.
There's no way that hairspray trick would work! This was a glorious disaster! XD

use alittle hi float in your balloon to make the glitter stick to the sides
