You mentioned there are drills to train RA like the Cruz drill or Bonds drill. Where can I find what those look like and are there other drills? My bat speed is high but my RA is low.
Tried a buddy's stick at bp that had Blast Motion setup and kept getting 'misreads' bc I grip a bat with a bottom hand finger off knob, anyway to fix 'readings' without having to change my grip?
Thats a good idea! I just looked it up after you suggested this and noticed one of my former teammates Rob Paller was on the list. No wonder, he has a SMOOTH swing and rakes

Great insight and very informative. Excellent perspective on measurables such as rotational acceleration and bat path over just bat speed.

Yes for sure! I'm just ramping up hitting after a 4 week layoff due to wrist injury but once I'm back I'll post a video on that
Does the spray chart work very well on the app? I have been looking everywhere and no where talks abt it. And do you need the subscription for it?

Can you track switch hitters from both sides?
You should do the teacherman online hitting course for 6 weeks and see your progress.

You have to be on time for all of these things to matter.
Hey does this show exit velocity?
You need to add Blast Vision. Blast Vision will measure exit velo, launch angle, ball distance and interactive spray charts.
