Here is my insight about this video lesson,
LESSON # 61. BATAS SA ASONG NABANGGA
    - Both parties are to blame for the incident.
First to the dog owner, according to the Anti Rabies Act. It says that pets such as dogs cannot roam without being tied up.
Second to the one who collided with the dog, he can be prosecuted because the untied dog should not have collided or been hit.
-Under the Anti Rabies Act, where this law stipulates that a pet such as a dog cannot roam outside if it is not tied up as it is the responsibility of the owner. In the event of a pet dog collision, the person who collided with it can be held liable because it violates the law RA 8485 - Animal Welfare Act as amended by RA 10631. Because this type of incident is animal cruelty that is never allowed by law.

    BATAS SA ASONG NABANGGA
Thank you Atty, for another lesson. I've learned about the Anti-Rabies Act, a law that stipulates that pets such as dogs cannot roam outside the house unless tied up. As a dog owner, you are responsible not only for your own dog's well being, but for the status of dogs everywhere.
    Possible Actions
➡️Go to the nearest office of your barangay or Kaya at the precinct to file a lawsuit. It can enter into Violation of Republic Act 8485 or better known as the Animal Welfare Act as amended Republic Act 10631.
➡️An act to protect and promote the welfare of all animals in the Philippines by supervising and regulating the establishment and operations of all facilities utilized for breeding, maintaining, keeping, treating or training of all animals either as objects of trade or as household pets.
➡️It will also fall into Maltreatment or the animal husbandry that is not allowed under such laws.

In a case where a dog has been accidentally hit by a moving vehicle both parties will be held responsible. According to the Anti Rabies Act, when pets are taken outside or in the public , the pets should be leashed, therefore whatever happens to the pet, the owner is responsible when no precautionary measures are taken. As for the person who causes the accident, they can be charged according to Republic Act 8485 Animal Welfare Act that amended R.A 10631, because it will fall on the maltreatment for the dog.

    Lesson #64
    BATAS SA ASONG NABANGGA
    • According to the law, both parties or camps are equally liable. Because, according to the ANTI-RABIES ACT, a pet dog cannot be roamed or taken out of the house if it is not tied up. In the case of maltreatment or harm to the animal that is not permissible in the eyes of the law, the dog owner can file Republic Act 8485, also known as the Animal Welfare Act of 1998, as amended by Republic Act 10631, against the collision.

    LESSON #64
    Batas sa asong nabangga
Sino ang may kasalanan? Ang may-ari na walang tali sa aso o ang driver na nakabangga?
According to Atty. Bajita both of the parties have faults on the incident. First is the owner of the dog that violated the R.A 9482 or the anti rabies act, which says that a pet such as a dog must be on leash (Tali) if the owner wants to walk it outside the house. On the other hand the driver that hits the dog might be liable for violating R.A 8485 or the animal welfare act for dealing damage to the dog.

    LESSON#36
