Hi Andrew! Thank you for your honest video about moving to Watford City, ND. There are some youtubers that are encouraging people to move to North Dakota, I realize there are many opportunities. however, I want to get all the information and facts straight before I consider such a drastic move. I have been seeing some jobs online in Watford City. Based on the information you shared; I will not entertain any job below $25 per hour. I also thought of buying a home and looked on house buying website and noticed they might be overpriced. I appreciate your candid feedback!

Thank you for the informative videos. If you were to buy RE as investment (including land) in ND, what places would be your top 3 choices?

I would say the best places for a solid investment would be in any of your larger cities in ND like Fargo, Grand Forks, Dickinson, Williston, and Minot, and anywhere within a half-hour of Fargo. If you buy anywhere in the far western region of the state you're going to only make your money during tourist season or whenever there is another oil boom.

Watford City is still ten times better than Jamestown, ND. Now there's a real armpit city. Low wages and nothing but old people.

The taxes for the most part aren't too bad
