This actually called The Grand Lodge on Peak 7. It is a timeshare owned by Breckenridge Grand Vacations. They also have The Grand Colorado which is on peak 8. I have stayed here many times.
We got what was called the “suite residence” that sleeps 4 people. It had a bedroom and sitting are but this isn’t the “1 bedroom suite”. Ours was smaller.
