The Angle Drill for Baseball and Softball

Here we are. We have four cones. You can use anything. You can use shoes, you can use socks. Use anything that you have to label almost like in the shape of a square. I'm going to start off in the middle. Coach Steve's going to call a color. I'm going to sprint over. I'm going to use my outside arm. If it's a blue, I'm touching it with my left. If it's on this side, I'm touching with my right. If it's back here, glove. If it's back here, hands. You can either do this drill with a glove or without a glove. You can throw, or you don't have to throw. You can have fun doing this all by yourself. You can put the wall this way, throw the ball off the wall, sprint back, touch. Do it however you want. There's many different variations of it.
So I'm going to start in the middle. I'm going to wait for Coach Steve to call a color, that's where I'm going to explode to. He's then going to roll the ball. I'm going to catch it, make the throw, and then listen for the next cadence. It looks like this.
