Notice the light colors are timed with each members personal colors. It’s fantastic when you realize what is happening. ❤❤❤
The split orange/blue light with Juria/Hinata was a nice touch too.

I love to see them in Japanese TV programs like this.
This s*** almost never happens on live Japanese shows. Especially from CTV themselves. As Japan is usually so strict, about copyright & live uploaded broadcasts.
Which means everyone is behind this project. Notice how the camera never breaks away into a typical one shot, two shot video. It is a continuous pan and scan.
Following the ladies entire performance as this is brilliant camera work. Which means ladies had to do this right on the first take, damn thats tight.
The performance is unreal and ladies must have worked their a*** off to pull this off. This deserves an AMA performance bid right here its that good. 🐺🔥
If you listen closely, they added more adlibs in the background on this performance that isn’t in the recorded studio version.

Not sure if you know each member have a specific color they associate with. The stage changes color according to each member. Also when Hinata and Juria rap together the stage splits with Blue for Hinata and Orange for Juria.

We will be releasing the live performance video of “WOKE UP” from the TBS program “CDTV LIVE! LIVE!” which aired originally on June 17, 2024 (Monday), for a limited time until July 25 (Thursday).
That is unfortunate that it is only available for a Limited Time.
This is what XG does with every single release, run every tv circuit and show a live performance. There are roughly 10-15 renditions of their live performance of this one song, all being broadcasted via different tv networks. It's almost like what western countries do with broadcast radio. There are as many renditions of Shooting Star as there are of Woke Up. What annoys me about these broadcasts, is that they edit their audio and overlay the studio track over their live performances. What's odd here is this recording is posted on the official XG channel and is usually posted on the tv studio channel instead. What most don't see are the after-performance interviews with each broadcast.

Zack, you haven't reacted to the XG "Woke Up" (live) on KBS WORLD TV (MUSIC BANK) yet. It is a little different. I like their wardrobe; the girls are not dressed all the same and Cocona doesn't have anything on her newly shaved head. It surprised me how much I like it on her. I only watched it once maybe a couple weeks ago, so I can't remember everything. #XG #WOKEUP I'm back! I just watched it again. You have to see it. The girls have hand held mics and camara is mostly showing their faces close up when they are rapping, they have backup dancers and they all look so gorgeous.
Back up dancers are Lady Bounce. I think the first 2 or 3 Korean Music Shows they did, had Lady Bounce. Later ones and these Japanese TV ones are without, and the choreography is completely different, even more so in this CDTV TBS version.
