Can this be applied on cement sheet rooftop in exactly the same way as explained in this video ?? my almost 5 years old cement sheet rooftop has become porous and water droplets continues to drip inside my house during the moderate to heavy rainfall. I am confused between this product and "dr fixit roof seal" and "zydex ZycoSil+" when it comes to cement sheet rooftop waterproofing, according to you which would provide the best waterproofing (cement sheet rooftop) for years to come, could you please comment on that as well ??

@MytalentPaintingwork thank you for that quick reply, I never done waterproofing on this roof which is less than 5 years old now, had only applied cement + dr fixit urp 301 where cement sheet meets the walls. I had once applied hot liquid danbar on my precious rooftop some 12 years ago which failed very badly as danbar became hard like a stone and developed cracks over the time period, this liquid rubber too looks like that danbar after it sets in, do you think it will holds its elastic properties for next 4-5 years once it's sets in ??
