Hey really cool demo! I love this idea for demoing Wu's applications from the forms.

Added this to my favorite Tai Chi video list. Great show, and the "enemies" were really fun. The giggles and laughs from the kids in the front row watching the guys get tossed made me smile from ear to ear. :)

All I can say is that master Shum Leung taught it as the fast form. The long form took about 40-45 minutes to complete...

to YOU it is not a fast form, and is probably called a round form. To some people this IS the fast form. There is not one way to think of things but many. Please OPEN YOUR MIND and don't think your way is the only way. ... peace

Yeah, NOT the fast form. It's the long form (108). Fast form is distinctly different in its movements than this. Nice demo, nonetheless.

This is not the Wu Style Fast Form....

This is the Wu style form but it was adapted by the Great Master Ng Wei Nung. It is call the box style Wu. He learned it Wu family and other masters in the Chin Woo association.

I see it's an adapted form that's you call the fast form but is not the traditional wu fast form. I am a 5th generation Wu Style lineage holder under the late Dr. Li Li Qun from Shanghai China. It's just not the Ma lineage form. Great video though
