Unless it's a truck, mileage of over a million is unrealistic. Usually the mileage at the time of sale to Africa is rarely more than 100,000km in Japan (Japanese people drive less) and between 250,000-400,000km in the US or Europe. It's unlikely to have been used that much after being shipped to Africa for several years. It's unlikely the mileage was hacked unless the odometer broke, so don't inflate the mileage any further...
