I really enjoy your videos and the comedy! I was wondering how you prep your grassy yard to run your trains.
From one California guy to another.

Hey @johnmalmgren4604 Thank you for enjoying the video! Well the last 3 years we have not put down any winter rye basically since we are wanting the yard to die.
the only real prep I do is to take out the track at 5 in the morning and run trains for a day and get all of my running footage for videos that are months away. I also do this, since I do not have a permanent layout so I try and be different by running them outside!
