When you talk about unstructured time, does the company pay for the bill if it is a dinner? Or, does everyone pay for themselves. I like the idea. Just want to know how that would go so no one feels uncomfortable. Thanks.
Ideally, the company pays when meals are involved. But obviously that'd dependent on what your company does. There's no harm in floating the idea of an after work happy hour where everyone covers their own....just don't make it mandatory.
The team I'm in were forced to take part in stupid team building exercises so we decided to sabotage it. In advance we decided to fall out without each other...you should have seen how much the management team paniced...it was hilarious. The company has now decided that there will be no further team building exercises.
@@DavidBurkusMy employer stopped doing trust falls a couple of years ago after I was dropped and ended up having to have 6 stitches. I should have sued them for a personal injury but decided against it.
