    Today we made that masala omelette with vegetable and butter.
    Ingredients for Egg masala omelette recipe-
    Egg-4 (pieces)
    Butter-60g
    Ginger garlic paste-4tsp
    Tomato-2 pieces (chopped)
    capsicum-1/2 (chopped)
    Spices:
    Chili powder-2 tsp
    Tarmaric powder-2tsp
    Garam masala-1tsp
    Salt-3tsp
    Bay leaves-1 (pieces)
    Dry chili- 1 (pieces)
    Cinnamon-2 (pieces)
    Cardamom-3 (pieces)
    Cloves-4 (pieces)
    Process:
    1)First you have to put butter in a pan.
    2)When the butter is hot, fry the onion well
    3)Once the onion is well fried, add ginger, garlic paste and all the vegetables and cook it well for 10-15 min
    3)Then you have to put eggs in it.
    4)And cook 5 minutes in low flame.
    5) ready & enjoy your masala egg omelette.
