It's a double entendre for "18" which is a number before "19" to signify that there's no SB19 without the fans supporting them and for "atin" (read as 'AH-TIN') which is a Filipino word for "ours" to signify that SB19's accomplishment is a communal and shared effort both from the group and the people who support them.

Laon and Alon album is the best of both worlds. I love him so unconditionally, I want the best and everything for him 😭😭😭
PABLO is such an empath that he can take the perspective of a prejudiced being like the 'Big Bad Wolf' and dive into how it would feel being always considered a villain. He did the same twist with MANA, turning a Filipino mythical monster that separates from the waist, the upper body flying in search of prey and the lower body rooted to the ground. His metaphor was that no matter how high they [SB19] as a group will soar, they stay grounded. Unconventional thinker, always pushing borders, always exploring. A brilliant songwriter and storyteller.
Hi. if we try to analyze the order of ALON album, we might be hearing a perfectly weaved story. A story of a dreamer who's talking to himself. The story of Pablo in his journey being an idol. An idol who just wanted to:
La Luna- express himself to the world through his talent
Presyon - but got bashed so he broke his chain to get even to the bashers
Wala - but then restrained himself as he is genuinely kind so he just questioned and pitied himself again
TBWCW - so he just cried. howled. cried
Kumunoy - as the more he fights for his goal, the more people destroy his soul. Fortunately he realized he has family, friends, and God to support him
Kelan - and realized that living in the comfort zone is nothing compared to the blessings he could have when that dream is worth fighting
DITW- so he fights for his dreams again despite all the waves and challenges as just like the tale as old as time, love heals. and as living without his love would be like drowning in the water
Breathe - don't forget to rest, then fight again

As producers Pablo and his younger brother Josue is collectively known as Radkidz. Talent runs in the family.
I can't pick a favourite in Alon. Even Breathe (Outro), devoid of words, is still so precise in the delivery of the intended emotion. It reminds me of the master Ramin Djawadi in his Westworld scores. Pablo's growth and maturity as a songwriter, composer, and producer is very evident in Alon and Laon. I cannot wait for SB19's Simula at Wakas because I bet it will blow everyone out of the water.
Please also see "kumunoy (quicksand)" from his ALON album. It's also a masterpiece.

Alon and Laon are like the moon with its two sides: light and dark.. the first album, Alon (Wave, like the sea) tells a story of two persona coming into terms with their fears and hesitation.. and Laon (In Time), is more of the outward response to the world, when the author fully embraced his uniqueness and now ready to take the world with determination..
Pablo will be a legend, an icon, a creative genius, a prodigy in this lifetime.. i refuse to believe he will be forgotten.. the way his mind works blow me away everytime i decipher and break down his lyrics..
I hope you get to listen to his two albums, as well as his single releases: Edsa, Determinado, and Akala (the last two songs were with his brother, Josue). Pablo and Josue ("Hos-weh') are collectively known as Radkids, and are the culprits in producing most of SB19's songs...

And pronounced also as "Ah-teen" meaning "Ours" like we are included throughout their journey, and shares every ups and downs together...

You can check "Drowning in the Water" next, which was the song Pablo wrote when he was 14 yrs old. "Tambol" and "Micha" are interesting ones too (tho they don't have eng translation yet)
You can basically check both ALON and LAON twin albums as they have interesting contrast and showcases Pablo's musicality. He also mentioned it would be best to listen to them chronologically, (especially with ALON) to get the best experience and the story he wanted to convey.

He spits fire like Eminem in that song. And altho you've said in your previous reaction to his wish bus performance of La Luna that you're not as much into rap as you are of ballads, i bet you'd still love his lyricism in Presyon.

Thanks for this, Richard and Johnny)! It might be too much to ask but if you would listen to the whole album and in the order of the playlist, as Pablo had suggested, because the album tells a story. Pablo mentioned in, I think the video for the outro, that this album goes through the stages of grief. Yes, the album leaves a heavy feeling, the reason why he added an outro. The second album, LAON (meaning 'in time) is like the polar opposite of ALON - upbeat and lighthearted but still brilliant. The suggested order of the playlist for ALON is:

We hope you listen to the full album. Pablo came from depression before and most of his songs was created from that feel8ng he had before. That is why he made 2 albums, for us not to get stuck in his ALON album. In his LAON he is more fierce and positive. Here at ALON album, it is best to listen as it is b3cause at the end of the album, he will let you breathe it all out. Release the negativity. He is a musical genius. We are so happy to be in his time to witness all of this.
