Katapult is program that you use to run a Novation Launch Pad which is a digital music touch pad. Dude, for Drum Tracks I use Rhythm Rascal, and Fruity Loops. If you want check out Shawn Wasabi's videos for a good example of what could be done with just a basic set up and some serious talent.
