- 杭州一直以来都很注重住宅品质，在中国范围内来看，杭州的住宅无论是建筑外立面、室内装修设计还是园林绿化，都可以说是做的最好的。
今天我带大家探访一个杭州最新交付的小区“滨融府”，它位于杭州拱墅区，由滨江与融创联合打造。建筑设计由GAD绿城操刀，园林则由澳洲iPD打造，主打“智慧森林”的概念。外立面为银灰色的铝板和大面积玻璃，整体呈现出现代极简风格。
此外，滨融府还打造了室外儿童游玩区、百米冲刺跑道和儿童的足球小将运动区等等，为孩子们提供了充满活力和快乐的成长空间。
在小区漫步，能感受到公园般的绿化，漂亮的建筑外立面，整体感觉非常的舒适与便利。大家觉得这个小区建设的怎么样？
HangZhou has always placed a strong emphasis on residential quality. From a national perspective in China, Hangzhou's residences, whether in terms of architectural facades, interior design, or garden landscaping, can be considered among the best.
Today, I will take you to visit the newly delivered residential community in Hangzhou, "Binrong Mansion." It is located in the Gongshu District in Hangzhou and is jointly developed by Binjiang and Rongchuang. The architectural design is handled by GAD Green City, while the landscaping is created by Australia's iPD, focusing on the concept of a "smart forest." The exterior is characterized by silver-gray aluminum panels and large areas of glass, presenting an overall modern and minimalist style.
In addition, Binrong Mansion has also created outdoor play areas for children, a 100-meter sprint track, and a sports area for young football players, providing children with a vibrant and joyful space for growth.
Taking a stroll in the community, one can feel the park-like greenery, beautiful architectural facades, and an overall sense of comfort and convenience. What do you think of the construction of this community?
