Have tried so, so many mascaras and keep coming back to Lash Idôle. I also adore Lisa Eldridge's TH-cam videos with wonderful tips and techniques, and makeup history. She is a real asset to Lancôme.
Lisa is such a breath of fresh air, so unpretentious. Lancôme is not cruelty-free, which means many people can’t use it. While I won’t hold my breath, I do hope they would reconsider that aspect.
Lisa's amazing talent is unmatched! She is a real artist with natural talent. And watching her career grow so much is unbelievable Love her and I have been using Lancôme's products for many years.🤗
So wonderful to hear such a passionate interview with Lisa! That concealer is my all time favourite and the only one that doesn’t crease on me. Really looking forward to new products from the brand ❤
There are lots of make-up companies... However you can't beat quality over quantity❣️ Just ordered 2 beautiful lipsticks! Fantastic video! I too personally prefer a natural look❣️
@Lancôme please make a series of lipsticks and a palette aimed at medium-tan olive skintones. So *many* markets would be lit up like wildfire with that. Like that legendary Mes Incontournables (which was pretty perfect!) with neutral-warm and slightly deeper hues with some luscious tan-nude lipsticks. Delicious and heavenly. One can dream…
Always interested in where MUA's originally trained. It would be helpful for those that want a career in beauty. Having difficulty in finding where Lisa and Caroline Hirons received their initial education on beauty? Maybe college?
Lancome got tired of faltering product sales with crappy quality huh? Lisa was always loyal and kind to the Brand that it was easy to bring her back at the right price. I guess, launching crappy gazillion products per year is now a passé. Yay! 🎉
When you reference your job title, you discuss creating makeup for women. Nowadays, I am seeing more men and non-binary persons wearing makeup. I live in the conservative Midwest area of the USA. So, if I am seeing more expansion of expression, I am certain more progressive cities are more vibrant with fewer gender norms limiting artistic expression. What projects are you working on to develop makeup products which may help the male face, skin, and body best express itself? I have heard many men complain that current foundation and concealer options fail to address issues of facial hair or five o’clock shadow. Some want to accentuate the scruff, ie Matthew McConaughey, while others want their facial hair to remain unnoticeable. Men have been struggling to find the right palettes of colors as well. For many years, men would wear black nail polish and feel like a “goth appearance” was the limit. Each year, makeup lovers are presented with magical, mystical palettes and palettes based on vibrant colors around the world. There may be a nature themed palette with earth tones and mossy greens. There are any palettes for the “power tool welding person” in the world but imagine if you create a palette like a wardrobe. There are appropriate shades and products for conservative lawyers and expected sparkles 🎉 and glitter for exotic dancers. Imagine gender neutral palettes for loggers or forklift operators, etc. Lancôme could be at the forefront of teaching men that the world is more vibrant than black nail polish!
A suggestion: instead of saying "women", make mention of men, non binary individuals and the FULL SPECTRUM of people who use cosmetics. The makeup world should reflect inclusivity.

until lisa became the creative director, i had always regarded lancome as a “grandmother brand” however, now the brand feels very modern and cool ♥️

How wonderful, thanks for gorgeous products. It is now so modern, not that it isn't - just a fabulous product ❤
I love Lancôme Makeup and I love the Lisa Eldridge Makeup line. And her cleanser❤
I remember Lisa promoted the Lancôme Cushion Foundation back in 2016 and I love their Cushion Foundation I miss the Lancôme Cushion. 😭

Deep respect for Lisa. Would love to have more makeup styles suited for monolids and facial structures other than Western!
Lash Idole is my favourite mascara by far. Nothing compares

Love you Lisa. Best makeup remover, best mascara....so many iconic products. Can you recommend a foundation for aged, sun damaged, skin?

She did a video on it. If you search her channel you'll find it
The biggest thing Lancome has going for the company is Lisa Eldrige.
We need lip gloss juicy SHAKERS back in our life! Like if you agree 🫶
Michelle phan always used lancome in her videos

Interesting that she’s still with Lancôme given her own makeup line. One would think it’s a conflict of interest.
