😂😂PA rocks!! Good one you had me laughing. Thank you for sharing your journey 👍😊
Always a good morning when I wake up to these vids waiting for me.
6:00 seriously just rambling through the middle of east bf egypt typical inland so cal lol!
btw..."Pennsylvania wants its rocks back," omfg lol so funny
Rocksylvania rocks
Best narrator on the Pacific Crest Trail. Great video.
That was a good day. I like the music which you used in the first part of the video. You had the volume just right…no adjustment required.
That is so funny that I did not even noticed that there was any music. I had to watch it again to see what you were talking about :o)
Another great video! Thanks for sharing. I cringe every time I see a PCTer doing the McD's Challenge. Only because sometimes they're still eating the food 3 and 4 days later. 🤢 And now I cringe because of the enormous cost of just one McD's meal. Safe travels and happy trails!
'Rocksylvania wants its rocks back', best one up to know 😂
After seeing Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Birds”, you never look at birds the same way again!
And that is why you got the trail name ‘Road Runner’!!”
Love the music. LOL
I’m finding the videos so scenic. Thanks for sharing.
RR, you missed an opportunity to do the James Bond opening in the giant cement culvert tubes. 7:46 So much California Chia! I identified the beautiful Chaparral Whitethorn and yellow Bush Poppies in Chap's video.
Wish I was out there hiking with you! You seem like so much fun. Love your videos!
You nailed the music..❤
Beautiful county side 😊
Perhaps uneventful, but the best scenic day so far. Absolutely beautiful terrain and flora. I suspect it’s going to get better.
5:36 Leonardo da Vinci - Vitruvian Man
Julianne, great day of hiking. Great views, especially of the beautiful lake. The shots of the wildflowers were really nice. Loved your ending - 21 or so miles and tomorrow is McDonalds Day. So succinct and funny. I just love you, tho I don't know you personally. You know what I mean. Take care. Stay safe. See you tomorrow.
So beautiful! Pa has so many rocks it won’t know if some are missing 😂 Its raining in Pa today (nepa) and the rocks are slippery. Thanks for sharing your adventure! Love the scenery! 🥾🥾⛺️😎🥰
Mt San Antonio is known to locals of SOCAL as Mt Baldy. LETS GO!
Good miles today.
LETS GO!
Beautiful views and wildflowers. I guess the just like to make the trail longer by taking the long way around. Hike~~On~~>
Oh man I bet that lake look so nice after walking in the sun!
Beautiful views, awesome lake and the yellow and purple flowers on trail were so pretty. Great day of hiking 😊
You can do it but it's 4 miles longer to go via the other side of the lake unless you skip the entire Deep Creek section and hike it from Lake Arrowhead which would cut off 7 miles.
The lake was beautiful! Love the music and it fit so well with the ambiance lol. Wow! 21 miles! Aww I love hawks too! That was cool that it was pretty close! Great capture of it on video!
"...aren't you just cute... don't pick my eyes out..."
The PCT is way older than Lake Silverwood.
Keep on trekking!
6:42 Of course the trail was routed there to give the best views of the lake. Before the lakeshore trail was constructed the old PCT route was back up on the highway. But it didn't have any views and most people wanted to look at views of the lake rather than traffic.
Have you had any epic trail magic yet?
1:57 That's Mt. San Antonio (AKA Baldy) in the middle, Cucamonga Peak to the right, with Ontario Peak in between.
I think Baden-Powell is back behind Baldy, only slightly visible from that viewpoint.
Silverwood Lake was one of my favorite lakes to fish😢
Good video...how are the shoes holding up?
Nice views, Thank youi !!!!! IS this Silverwood Lake? What mileage please?
Fireball is hilarious
6:55 me totally thinking you turned around and walked past a snake on the left side without noticing lol
"I really don't have much to say," great day though😊 (here's 1 for the algo)
How come you didn't put out a video yesterday? 🙁
Go Roadrunner Go!
👟😎👍🏼
Probably a red tail hawk. If it’s a full sized hawk with a belly band, that what it is 99% of the time in most places in North America.
Old McDonald's food looks good if you have been on trail long enough. 😁
Have had trouble with ticks???? They creep me out!
I don't know why you couldn't have just walked across the lake, rather than all the way around it! 😂
Carry out 30 McDoubles , best value.
Really? Really? Hawks live to peck your eyes out? Wow! They don’t just go around pecking eyes out. Are you just trying to make people think that hawks are ruthless little birds that are good for noth’n but pecking eyes out? 🤪 Phew…
Watch it again @ 3:08 the hawk was scratching it's own eye . . . not really but it looked like it.
I think she was just being funny. That’s the way I took that comment anyway. She also may have been reflecting on an encounter she had or heard about on the New England part of the AT where you can encounter Goshawks on the trail. If their nest is nearby they can be very aggressive flying at you though generally from behind but still concerning.
