Does anybody know what the binoculars are for? Every time I look through a pair, it shows a beam of light in the distance, but when I get there.. there is nothing ? And I have all the tools and items unlocked and found... it's just nuts. Not a single article or review EVER talks about the binoculars and how to get whatever they are showing you....
