OK, last night, I just followed the video and started the ad with USD15 daily budget. The estimated like is around 200-500. And this morning when I woke up, there are more than1300 likes. Almost triple the estimated numbers. So, thank you Ben. You save my page, my time and my money. Lastly, do NOT buy Facebook Page likes! It's much cheaper to do it with facebook ad and you dont have to worry your account get banned or what.
Good video. Unfortunately Facebook no longer has the “get likes” campaign goal. I’ve tried to boost posts with page like button but unfortunately people end up liking my posts more so than my page by a margin of 10 to 1. I then have to manually ask everyone that have liked my “like-my-page post” but then Facebook partially disables my account for spamming activity?! Crazy, they charge me boost, then they suggest that I invite people to like my page, and finally they partially disable my page for giving them my money and following their suggestion.

Hi Nikhil, I wouldn't worry about being charged per like. Facebook always calculates cost on an impression basis and then converts the cost into whatever you select. So how much you're charged doesn't change, you just see the data presently differently. Provided you select the Page like campaign objective you'll be fine.
In India the number of likes expected in a day decreases when you select Worldwide option as compared to other location. I want to increase the volume of my followers but selecting the worldwide option does not help my case:'(

Hi Vimal, yes absolutely it is and that's what I would recommend. If you are operating as an affiliate it is still very advantageous over the long run to build your own audience.

Hi Aawon, I recommend that you don't buy Facebook Page likes no matter which payment method you use. Instead you should run Facebook ad campaigns to acquire them.

Your videos are really informative. I am learning a lot. I have a question: If we can't even reach our own audience, what's the use of getting FB likes? You said organic reach is dead. I thought organic reach means when someone finds you on FB and like your page but it's really really disappointing that we cant even reach our own people who liked our page in the past. So it means whatever page likes we get on FB, we are not going to reach them when we post future content on our business page. So the key question: Why to acquire more FB likes? just to get them in a group?
That's a great question and I think there are two major positives to having a lot of Facebook Page likes. The first is as you mentioned - inviting those people to join your Facebook Group as Groups still have a lot of organic reach. The 2nd is credibility. Your Facebook Page (and business) looks a lot more credible if you have 6,000 likes than if you have 60. This point is undervalued by most Facebook advertisers - appearances really matter.

Yes that is certainly part of the advantage - my Group now gets a lot of new members through Facebook search. It's also important to remember that the value of a Facebook Group often increases with the size of the community. More people to interact with, etc. Therefore you will find it easier to convince people to join a larger group than a smaller one.
That's not true, we're using that strategy right now. How many likes you generate will heavily depend on the quality of your ads and what industry you're in though.

Hi Antonio, I don't think it is I'm afraid. You can only advertise in the US but people from Italy will be able to find and see your page if they looks for it.

You're very wrong Mr Heath, you can get organic reach by posting engaging content I really wish I could share a screenshot with you on my statistics. My page has gotten up to 1300 new likes in less than 4days, 89k organic reach and 26k reaction in less than 7days. I posted something about 3days ago and it already reached 12.6k people (I wish there was somewhere we could chat so that I could show you a screenshot). I was reading the comments section and saw a guy that said he used ads and got 50likes in 5hrs, that's very pathetic. The truth is that you can get good page likes and organic reach, better than ads, for free. I was enjoying your video but you completely lost me at Ads
I'm advising against buying likes from external sources. Running a Facebook ad campaign for likes is different and I recommend that in this video and the other one your are referring to.

123k likes and only a 300k+ post reach, how come the reach is so low, my Facebook page is on 12.3k and I have 1.7Million post reach.
It really depends on your industry. I suggest that your numbers are by no means the norm - you've done well there.

They don't if they are from fake accounts - the history of those accounts is deleted.

I was reading the comments section and saw a guy that said he used ads and got 50likes in 5hrs, that's very pathetic. The truth is that you can get good page likes and organic reach, better than ads, for free.

It is possible in some industries but is very much the exception and not the norm. Almost everything should focus on ads.

I'm advising against buying likes from external sources. Running a Facebook ad campaign for likes is different and I recommend that in this video and the other one your are referring to.
