I have been binge-watching Latvia travel videos and am so sorry to see how much of Liepaja I didn't see. :( I was only there for two days and it was so hot that many hours had to be spent indoors wherever there was air conditioning.
I think you were talking about this hot summer last year. We had a really bad one here in Belgium then we flew to Latvia and once we arrived, it was already finished but we were lucky to have one hot day and then rest was chilly and rainy.
