बॉलीवुड से राजनीति में एंट्री करने वाली कंगना रनौत भले ही मंडी से सांसद बन गई है.. मगर, उनकी मुश्किलें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही.. ताजा मामला ऐसा है कि कंगना रनौत को अपनी संसद सदस्यता से हाथ धोना पड़ सकता है। दरअसल, भाजपा सांसद कंगना रनौत को हिमाचल हाईकोर्ट ने नोटिस जारी किया है और 21 अगस्त तक जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए कहा है। ऐसे में सवाल ये कि क्या वाकई कंगना की सांसदी खतरे में है..? क्या मंडी में फिर से चुनाव होगा..? अब आपको पूरा माजरा समझाते हैं.. दरअसल, किन्नौर निवासी लायक राम नेगी ने कंगना के चुनाव को चुनौती देते हुए हिमाचल हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया। उन्होंने ना सिर्फ कंगना की सांसदी बल्कि पूरे चुनाव प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने की मांग की है। याचिका कर्ता का कहना है कि वो इस बार आम चुनाव लड़ना चाहता था. इसके लिए उसने मंडी लोकसभा सीट से अपना नामांकन पत्र भी दाखिल किया था. लेकिन, उसके नामांकन पत्र को चुनाव अधिकारी ने गलत तरीके से खारिज कर दिया। पूरे मामले में कंगना को पार्टी बनाते हुए नेगी ने दावा किया कि वो वन विभाग में कर्मचारी थे. चुनाव के लिए उन्होंने वीआरएस लिया था. रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के सामने नामांकन पत्र के साथ विभागीय नो ड्यूज भी सबमिट किया था... नामांकन के दौरान उनसे कहा गया कि सरकारी आवास को लेकर जारी बिजली, पानी और टेलीफोन के नो ड्यूज सर्टिफिकेट भी सबमिट करने होंगे. उन्हें ये सर्टिफिकेट जमा करने के लिए अगले दिन तक का समय दिया गया. अगले दिन जब हमने रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को कागजात दिए तो उन्होंने इसे लेने से इनकार कर दिया और नामांकन पत्र भी खारिज कर दिया... नेगी ने दावा किया कि यदि उनके कागजात स्वीकार कर लिए जाते तो वे चुनाव जीत सकते थे. उन्होंने कहा कि ये चुनाव रद्द किया जाए। इस पर हाईकोर्ट में जस्टिस ज्योत्सना रेवाल ने कंगना रनौत को नोटिस जारी किया और 21 अगस्त तक जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया.. आपको बता दें, कंगना हिमाचल प्रदेश की मंडी लोकसभा सीट से 74,755 वोटों से चुनाव जीती हैं. उन्होंने कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार और पूर्व सीएम वीरभद्र सिंह के बेटे विक्रमादित्य सिंह को हराया है. विक्रमादित्य राज्य सरकार में लोक निर्माण विभाग में मंत्री भी हैं. विक्रमादित्य को 4,62,267 वोट मिले थे. जबकि कंगना ने 5,37,002 वोट हासिल किए थे.. लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम की धारा 100 के तहत मंडी में चुनाव को दी गई चुनौती को कोर्ट की ओर से अमान्य घोषित किया जा सकता है। ये तब होगा,जब याचिकाकर्ता यह साबित करने में असफल होता है कि उसका नामांकन पत्र अवैध रूप से खारिज किया गया था। अब देखना ये होगा कि हिमाचल हाईकोर्ट के नोटिस का कंगना रनौत क्या जवाब देती है।

He has demanded the cancellation of not only Kangana's MPship but the entire election process. The petitioner says that he wanted to contest the general elections this time. For this, he had also filed his nomination papers from Mandi Lok Sabha seat. But, his nomination papers were wrongly rejected by the Election Officer. Making Kangana a party in the whole matter, Negi claimed that he was an employee in the Forest Department. He had taken VRS for the election. Departmental no dues certificate was also submitted along with the nomination form in front of the returning officer... During the nomination, he was told that he would also have to submit the no dues certificates for electricity, water and telephone issued for the government residence. He was given time till the next day to submit these certificates. The next day when we gave the papers to the returning officer, he refused to take it and also rejected the nomination papers... Negi claimed that if his papers were accepted, he could have won the election. He said that this election should be canceled. On this, Justice Jyotsna Rewal in the High Court issued a notice to Kangana Ranaut and directed to file a reply by August 21. Let us tell you, Kangana has won the election from Mandi Lok Sabha seat of Himachal Pradesh by 74,755 votes. She has defeated Congress candidate and former CM Virbhadra Singh's son Vikramaditya Singh. Vikramaditya is also a minister in the Public Works Department in the state government.
