I'm not sure what Voice API they're using for the game but it's possible you could get it running if it's using the default Microsoft stuff but since it's so inconsistent even with Windows it'd be hard to verify whether it's actually working. I think I know how to get it working if you'd be interested in testing it with me.
The Voice Recognition for the ghosts does not work out of box with it. And I haven't yet gotten around to trying to get it to work because I lost interest in the game. I'm pretty sure I know how and I might touch back with another video in the near future.
So the Voice Recognition that the Ghosts react to does not work out of box, but I'm considering tinkering with it to get it working because I'm pretty sure i know what's missing. If I do that I will write a guide or do a video on it. Other than that the game runs exactly how it should, performance is fine for the unoptimized mess that Phasmo is.
