You guys sure have come a long way. I am making my way through all of these videos, and have to say I love the direction of the automation. This has been an enjoyable day to relax and watch all of the hard work and determination that has gone into all of this. My system is an imbert system, and I now have the basic orientation of your style gasifier in my mind . The training gasifier was a great example of how they are laid out. I didn't get involved in this with the goal of running 24/7 . I commend you for having the determination to make this thing babysit itself. I think it's awesome. I really believe wood gas is worth the hassle. Thanks for sharing , and as time allows I will follow more of your work. Great job. Joe

the DriZzleR Gasifier Thank you for the invitation. I will be visiting the forum after I feel a little more caught up on all the videos you guys posted already. That sounds like something pretty cool ( with the large diesel engine) . Talk to you soon. Joe
Dear Matis. My english is not good enough to fully understand your question. If your question is about operating the gasifier on natural draft by putting a long pipe going up? I do not know of anybody who did that. I think one will not reach high enough temperature to procuce tarfree gas and get dificulty to pull your smoke through the reduction. However there was a talk on yahoo woodgas forum a long while ago, of a gentleman called Bruce, who aparantly experemented in Iran with a natural drafted gasifier. The only way to find out is trying.

Hi, Do you think enough underpressure could be created by the stack effect? So, by having a long steel barrel going up?
