Legally if the customer doesnt tip you your employer by law has to leave a tip. By law who ever hires you is required to leave you tips if customers failed to tip you. I refuse to tip anyone as its not my job to pay your wage, its your employers job. If you dont like making minimum wage then go to a trade school.
