What an awesome weekend! From watching rigs take on the Offroad Course at night, to meeting so many awesome people and seeing so much cool gear this event is really growing!
We got to meet so many awesome folks and hang out with friends at the SAVE EXPO this weekend. We had a great time hanging out with Snorkel upgrade and helping educate folks about Snorkels and Pre-Cleaners. I also had some time to step away and share in the adventures, catchup with other creators, new companies, and new entrepreneurs. It's always great to hang out in a community of likeminded outdoor enthusiasts!
This was our second year at the Southeast Adventure Vehicle Expo. And first time with Project Rampage. We spent the last two months building Rampage, and it was cool to see everyone who came out to the event! It was also great to see all the new overlanding gear from so many companies. There are so many tent options, truck options, trailer options, and gear that just make living out in the wild much more comfortable. I'm glad I get to share this video with you and take you on my journey through the SAVE EXPO.

We even ran into @JustinBMcBride who flew all the way in from Utah to attend the event. We didn't get a chance to collaborate, but it was Super cool meeting another Diesel Gladiator Owner, creator, and enthusiast!
My Build:
Suspension: It took me a little over a year to select the right kit for my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, and it really controls the ride even when fully loaded!
For my personal setup, I chose to go with the @ClaytonOffRoad 3.5" Overland Plus Kit. They have a great reputation. James was super helpful when deciding between the HD Springs or the Normal Springs. I'm extremely happy going with the HD springs and know that I'll be able to fully load the Gladiator out in the future with the load carrying capacity to grow! I also went with the @GoRanchoSuspension RS9000XL Shocks.
I've driven the Jeep now for about 5,000 miles, and the Rancho Clayton Combo is really spot on. I'm cruising around city and gravel roads on as little as setting 3 front and rear currently, although you can jump back up to level 4 or 5. The Great thing about the Rancho Shocks is you have 9 different levels to play around with to find the best ride for you at a budget price! I'd love to install a full set of the Rancho RockGear in the future.

Hey brother! sorry I missed you. Michelle was volunteering at the front gate and trail ride this year. I was watching 3 of the 5 dogs from Expo east where we met. Same crew, with Scott and Nicki in their Tacoma next to you and your wife. This year we were at the same spot next to the venders with the American flag flying 25ft in the air as usual. I didn't put out our banners this year though as we did at Expo East. Great video! Hit me up on your next adventure in Florida. Love hanging with my Army brothers!

Thanks John ,lots of good information in this video . I don't suppose you noticed someone selling a Quick connect RTT bracket ? They look to bolt to the top of an Xtrusion rack and the RTT drops into them with a pin holding it on . I have been trying to track down who is selling them so I can order a set . Wish I had been aware of this expo ,would have been a great winter break trip . Maybe next year . Thanks

It’s definitely worth the drive to the SAVE Expo, and you can still pick where you want to setup camp or move camp like we did last year.
