I can relate to that struggle because I struggle with self harm and it’s hard because like I don’t want to talk to my dad because He gonna get mad at me and shit but like I talk to my brother a lot and it really helps and it’s like I’ve been trying to like hang out with friends more and shit and doing things to get my mind off of it and off the urges and it’s been working I’ve been two months and like six days clean or something like that.
