@@PureColumbianCocainum1949 mainly because the trapper was far at the time and I found another legendary animal on the way to the trapper got that one on top of finding the hermit house. Just shitty timing plus skill issue lol
Extra income i say,im hauling my ass with 300-500 bounty in every region besides new austin and somehow the bounty hunters just make me richer but the problem is i have not a single fucking idea what do i spend that money on because im in god damn chapter 2 and i've bought everything i can

I didn’t mind having huge bounties, at chp 4 I had max bounties of 1500 in all states. It helps collect stuff for camp, free loot from the bountie hunters
John has this amazing gift that he can get arrested and then leave the next day without suffering the consequences of actions. Arthur's gift is that his friends will always break him out.
I find it amazing how quickly 100's of lawman show up within moments . Especially if you commit crimes out in the wilderness and someone goes for help .
And how bounty hunters can track me down as soon as I enter the county I have a bounty in The law system is the exact same as GTA 4s with a few tweaks and is one of my least favorite parts of the game

Same goes to almost every single game, where is realism/life sim, like GTA. In a matter of fact, I usually stop at every red light, don't kill innocent civilians and try not to run on the grass (if there's no need to).
That's a cool way of immersing yourself in the world. But do try to forcibly break those rules if you feel that it's becoming a compulsion that's harming your gaming experience and other aspects of your life.

They had a solution to this in red dead redemption 1 that if you were brought in and broke, they would send you out to collect bounties until yours was cleared. I wish they had brought that back in Red Dead Redemption 2

My suggedtions, Turkoman or Missouri Fox Troter. Simply great horses, they are not cowards like Arabians. Ardeness is also great horse, almost fearless, not very fast but very reliable horse.
@Ivan80054 the only issue I ever have when using an Ardennes is the fact that it's so unafraid, it will literally stand there and take bullets. Always gotta have extra horse revivers on hand with that one
Why pay at all the game wants you to have a bounty that’s how it’s mean to be played as Arthur anyway later with John is when you finish all them side activities that require you to be at a designated spot with no bounty.
How do you not know you can go to jail 😭 there’s actually no way you didn’t know. There’s even special scenes where as Arthur the gang will break you out. Or as John, Abigail will come get you out

I turned myself in for the first time instead of paying the bounty. It was $830 and I didn’t wanna drop that so I surrendered when I walked in town. Spend a in jail and they took $600. Also when I had a $160 bounty I surrendered and they took $80 i believe That was cool for me to find that small detail

Dutch bails you out with the camp funds. He doesn't talk you out of jail like Harvey Spector would.
