In the nicest way possible, it's nice to see that Moon Knight kinda plays the same regardless of rank. I'm gold and only really play casually but I'd say we're roughly at the same skill level because there isn't much tech nor a skill curve for MK. It really is just random bullshit. So thank you for renewing my confidence in a way
Same. I stopped using Moon Knight in Rank because i was getting pummeled by these Hawk/Hella. 😅 Have been trying to master another DPS because his kit and style remains the same and has a lot of negatives unless you have good support backing you up in earlier solo queues.
ay the enemy hanzo in game 2 is a Paladins streamer i watched all the time cool seeing 2 of my favorite streamers from different games against each other
He doesn't have any interesting or game changing abilities in his kit like the other champs even his ult is trash ... Thats why he has the bouncy AA to kinda make up for his dogshit kit and that's why nobody plays the champ unless you're in low elo
@@Johnny_Silverhand77 i agree but after watching this video i realized his ankhs cd is way lower than i had thought, this guy playing seems to always wait for the 'perfect moment' to use ankh and go crazy on a group of enemies, instead of using it more often to burst down a single target out of position. in this video he also primarily plays on low-ground, which is directly nerfing his ability to get ankh value by not having any sort of top-down view of his targets -and thus an easier LOS of his ankh. what i'm getting at is that this guy plays moonknight as if he is the punisher. he is not a good example of MK played well or to good 'value'. i don't even play MK and the issues in his play are glaring.
@@6e757alocke he plays on low ground because you get heavily punished if you try to play him as a flanking assassin ... I was spamming MK this whole week and on my first days i used to play him as a flanking assassin but i figured that it's impossible to be useful with that playstyle ... His ankh have a 10 sec CD which is very long imo ... Not only that you can easily get out of its range and can be destroyed in 2 AA ... Also idk why the devs didn't make em stackable like NAMOR E ... You can only have one at a time ... And once that ankh is destroyed you're basically useless because the AA of MK has that a slow traveling speed , which is very hard to hit, you need to always predict enemy movement before shooting... And when you try to flank the enemy team and fail to kill their backline you're basically useless and you become stuck on top of the enemy team for another 10 to 15 sec with nothing to defend yourself with because ofc you used your grappling and double jump to get to that high ground in the first place ... And his gliding is very slow , you become an easy target in the sky ... The only way to play this champ is to sit behind your tanks and keep AA ... And in doing that MK whole kit becomes useless because it's not made for this playstyle ... The champ honestly sucks, hes one of the worst ranged dps if not the worst ranged dps
@@Johnny_Silverhand77 i appreciate your take on it, seems about as unbiased as you could be for an MK player. all of your points make a lot of sense, he DOES have a lot of movement options, only not very often at all. i think MK could be helped a lot if he were allowed to have 2 ankh charges in hand at a time, but have half its cd between deployments to avoid him becoming a broken mess. i also think his double jump should not have a cooldown, while its not high enough to reach a lot of the high-ground in this game it would still stop him from being completely reliant on one single ability rotation for his movement options. i personally think he is a cool hero with unique design, only he needs a few tweaks for his gameplay to be 'perfected'.
Loving the marvel rival vids! Was a reaper main too but lost all love for the game. MR scratches that itch though and it feels like playing the real ow again!
Everybody who abuses hela to get to diamond gets a wake up call when she is perma banned 😂 love the gameplay made me wanna play moon knight even though I’m a tank main
Love Moonknight. My favorite DPS. I have a question though. How do you deal with Marvel Rivals comp when you have teammates who don't want to pick Tank or Support? I just started playing comp two days ago and had about fifteen games in Bronze. In most of them, I played Support because most of my teammates didn't want to play the role. I was stuck solo healing five players all around the map several times. It's rough and rarely works. We only win if the enemy team keeps making mistakes. I never even got the chance to play DPS because that's the role most want to play and I feel I have to fill in the role of Support or Tank even if I will be alone in said role. What do you do in this situation to climb in rank?
@@More_Choice Okay. Thank you. I will see what I can do. Maybe I'm too hesitant to go for risky comps and keep hoping for a team of 2-2-2, which doesn't happen often in my experience. I'm sure I can work out a strat in a situation like that for future games.
If you’re only worried about ranking up then lock what’s strong and the thing right now is that a lot of people have main character syndrome and lock dps but don’t realize tanks and supports do a lot of damage as well you just have to work a little harder for it. Also 1/3/2 or 1/4/1 comps ect are completely fine as long as you have a competent tank and healer player especially in low ranks. But overall look what you want to play but I’d suggest trying all the characters just to see what you might like since if you make it to high rank as a 1 trick anyways it’ll be banned regardless like a lot of players are hard stuck Diamond because they abused hela/Hawkeye and can’t play anything else since those are banned a lot they are useless in those games

Positioning and target priority makes the difference between gold and gm

I used to play flanking moonie but didn't have many success, then i stick to my healers only oh god he's the best.
Not a single ability was used.
