(because it just so happens to be my cake day today but mainly cause Lulu is my fave supports to play. funnily enough my favorite skins are what I would call the "out of this world" trio: Cosmic, Space Groove and Star Guardian. I was hoping Riot would give her a legendary (maybe something along the lines of Master Arcanist? )
