Спасибо, что популяризируете русскую духовную музыку. Да ещё и в исполнении американского университетского хора.
    Спасибо! 💗🇷🇺

This is an anguished setting by Archpriest V. Krupitsky (arranged by Denis Mickiewicz) of "Na Rekakh Vavilonskikh" (By the Waters of Babylon), Psalm 137 (136) "Super flumina," "By the waters of Babylon we sat down and wept, when we remembered Zion, Hallelujah!" "For they who led us away captive asked about our songs, And those who tormented us demanded some singing: 'Sing us one of the songs of Zion.' Hallelujah!" "How shall we sing the Lord's song in a foreign land? Hallelujah!" "If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, Let my right hand wither! Hallelujah!" It ends with the profound curse, "O daughter of Babylon, damned forever, Blessed is he who shall reward thee as thou hast served us! Hallelujah! Blessed is he who shall seize and dash thine infants against the rocks! Hallelujah!"
