And so im sitting here at work, Friday, trying to think on what to get grocery shopping. Something good but different. sick of chicken. I remember having pigs feet when visiting relatives in the south back in the 80's. i could stop going back tot he jar and grabbing some more.

@@MsLenasKitchenCookingwithLove yup food is VERY different than decades prior. Intensive farming practices. Chicken being just about the worse thing you can put in your mouth, why? Steroids, Growth hormones, TransFats, anti-biotics.. its the reason why so many people especially all those that consume chicken more regularly are suffering from obesity. Its not how much people are eating but rather the chemical change and increased fat in the food. Remember when chicken was naturally yellow? Chickens flesh use to have a yellowish tint, it was the sign of a healthy bird, and when you saw a chicken with white flesh you knew it was unhealthy. today all you see is white fleshed birds. the only way to get truly good chicken is from properly raised farmers markets. But you wont find them at the common grocery. Remember when chicken were dry? super cardboard like dry white meat? that was because chickens didnt have all that internal fat as they do today. white meat was healthier because it had less fat than dark meat. it was dryer, and you had to be a really good cook to cook white meat well. which made it a more expensive cut than dark meat, which i loved more-so because dark meat was naturally juicier. Even vegetables are not the same.. Its all about the soil.. the dirt, the bacteria enzymes nutrients are all in the soil, but if the soil is stripped of nutrients due to chemicals, then the vegetibles which provide us those nutrients since we cant eat dirt directly , wont have those nutrients no matter how good they look. if the soil isnt right neither are the veggies. so intensive farming, speeding up the process to provide more food has stripped the food of its health benefits, more over has made food rather toxic for humans. And its all done to make your sick. because the parties that be are all one unit, The FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION. your going to eat, thats a given no way around it, but what of the money to be made with you being sick all the time. on drugs and medications all the time, and none of it designed to cure, only to treat. meaning its only design to keep you spending over and over and over again till you die. sounds like a conspiracy? well take a good look around you. look at whose fat. look at the size of babies out their mothers wombs. and compare it all to the 1980's and prior. As greed and corruption in the industries grew so did the epidemic of obesity in the black community, and later spread out to all that consume such products.

ARE THOSE KIDS EATING ON THE SOFA, OR ARE THEY EATING AT THE KITCHEN TABLE WITH A PLATE? DID THEY PRAY BEFORE THEY ATE, OR DID THEY DIVE INTO THE FRIED PIG FEET? JUST CHECKING ON THEIR MANNERS...
