@@michelleshaw1255 since I am just recently seeing more clips, apparently it was either Zaiyan (the "prince" people kept talking about) or Du Ming'li Zhou Ying caught Du Ming'li lounging in the abandoned Hu family manor, and within the conversation Zhou Ying said one of her wishes was to see Wu Pin's killer put to justice, and when Ming'li asked in surprise "It's not Hu Yongmei?" Zhou Ying replied that Wu Pin had a prior engagement before buying the date rice cake from Mr. Liu (Hu Yongmei already having bought the rice cake stand days prior) and their final sweet moments and from the conversation it seemed that Wu Pin met with Du Ming'li and even ate from the prepared meal
