They sure push the limits though and the rewards obviously outweigh the cost for their society. If it werent they would change. The west is way over governed and over regulated for the sakes of control and change to suit those in control, at the expense of those at the bottom of the food chain who do all the hard work, having said that some regulations and laws are very necessary to make society run smoothly and people to take responsibility.
