I think coaches typically refer to the pick you labeled an "east-west" pick as a razor pick: twitter.com/lacrossenetwork/status/980832429626847233?lang=en
I haven't heard a widely accepted name for the pick at GLE that you labeled as a razor pick.

Thanks for writing this, for some reason, I haven't been getting email updates on comments. The "East-West" pick is a Razor Pick and the one that I labeled a Razor Pick is a "Slam Pick".

Is this a higher 1-4-1 than normally seen?

It depends on where you think the 1-4-1 usually goes. You want there to be a decent amount of room to go underneath. Around 8-10 yards above GLE is probably right. Definitely higher than you want players to start during a Double Mumbo set play.
