I bought one in the UK. I think they have a warehouse here. I ordered on 1st Feb at 11PM, it was delivered in 1 delivery on 3rd Feb at 3PM. So 40 hours! It was packed identically to the video shown.
Stand on them hard, make an email explaining the problem and expect them to live up to their standards. Shipping happens and you can make it right by getting with them. Using PayPal is the best way to negotiate from a position of power on this one or any big purchase.

They sent me wrong parts and many were also missing based on the model I ordered for my direct drive wheel base.

@@dr.handpumpstvtime9932 they got it sorted out, they sent me a new model for 2022 and had incorrect instructions.
