Would really recommend you get set up with an online CRM. Have heard you mention in several videos that you had been to an address before but couldn't remember the previous work details. A good CRM would let you put in notes, service dates, photos and really save you time on future calls when you can tell the customer all the details from previous work and what the likely problem is this time. I notice that there were no teas today. Not a good day when Tony gets no teas. It's just not a proper Unblocking with Tony video unless there is a tea rating - its what you are famous for Tony. So I guess, every job where you dont get any tea from should in future not be a " lovely place", as people there are too mean to get the kettle on. That second job would be nice if you did a video on the repair - Probably a bit of a void developed near that gully - would be interesting too see just how big it is. Broken drains can often wash a considerable amount of the supporting soil away depending on how big the break or collapse is. If she does give you the repair job, put the tap on her for a cup of tea.
