She really uses all of her music! I've seen this variation done where people lag between steps, but this is fantastic!

Zoe Bnd Shes a very technically advanced ballet dancer, of course she will look a bit lighter than the average woman! She definitely knows what she’s doing, she has a contract with American Ballet Theatre. Nonetheless, she’s an amazing dancer.

I loved it. She looks so beautiful when she's dancing. One thing I don't like is her smile, it looks so fake! (Probably to hide the pain)
The smile is supposed to be exaggerated because the ballet is Harlequinade which is commedia dell'arte style

I know everybody always goes on and on and on about her ability to pirouette but the thing about her technique that makes me squeal with delight is her turn out in every little tendue, every Little step is just like exquisitely turned out. Acrobatics don’t impress me but that kind of attention to detail does. Brava.
This girl is so talent and behind that talent THERE'S a poor girl suffering from anorexia.

I’m not sure if she had/has anorexia or not. She has always been quite thin. But, in recent years she is starting to look much more like an adult. Which is nice to see. I sincerely hope she never suffered from an eating disorder because that would be quite hard on her dancing. She could get injured or have poor bone development.
Thank god they did that, because what you are doing right now is bodyshaming and finding wrong where everything is just brilliant. Did you research about this sickness? If yes you would know that it happens mainly to highly talented and perfectionistic people. Which she clearly is. And many ballerinas are. Not always it is the school or teachers ( in her case probably is though) as long as she is happy, and she does look very happy while dancing, there is nothing to be sad about.

Loved everything about her: the technique (almost impeccable) and the artistry and grace (astonishing for her age). However, all of this can be overlooked by seeing an extremely skinny body relative to her adult looking bigger head. I'm freaked out by the image. It reminds me of a skeleton in the doctor's office. Please gain a few more pounds. It will give you a much nicer line and an ease on the audiences' eyes.
Fiona Maybe she's just naturally very, very skinny. There are people who just cannot gain weight, at least not safely. 🙂

She is very young. People at this age often grow fast and cannot be judged as an adult body.
However, your comment is pretty harsh. If she is completely healthy, You might ruin her self-acceptance. If she is not, You make it worse for her. There is never any point in commenting one's body. You help nothing with that, just make harm.
Why wasn't it enough, to praise her for her technique and grace? Why do people ALWAYS need to find something to criticize????

Have to admit, I am not really fond of her Esmeralda variation. Cannot really explain why, but in a way - besides technical perfection - it is a bit too much for me. No offense, sorry, it is just my opinion.
