I do want to point out, I did apply the blush differently. The Becca side I used a tapping building technique and the CT side I swiped it on. The reason I did that is the CT has a lot of shimmer and I've noticed if I tap it on, it will get patchy on me. But if I swipe it, it definitely gives a all over effect❤❤ So I just wanted to bring that up in case anyone was wondering😘

Ive seen other reviews and I'm not sure if they have to dig because many of them don't show them dipping into the pan, and it's edited so hard to know how many times they go in. But, I have a ton of Charlotte Tilbury products, and I know her products are meant for light, subtle glow, but not this light. I still get pigment, her stuff just blends beautifully. But I struggle with this palette 🙈😢 But I'm glad my review and this comparison was helpful💋❤ I definitely repeated myself a little much.. Haha. Ooooh well, hehe 😁🤣
Great video!! Your brows are amazing!!! I love my Becca Khloe Malika palette. I really wanted the CT palette but I don’t want to build up a product that cost that much. I do think because the CT is that gelee formula using natural brushes work best. The Sonia G brushes are other worldly!! But if someone wants to decent natural brushes, Morphe is pretty good.
Yes, totally agree. I just returned both of my palettes. I just don't feel like it's worth keeping. Being that they are $75 a piece. I do get better pay off using the Sonia G brushes but, still not enough to keep them😫😫

Dear Tara, thank you for your always honest, nice and helpful reviews. With regard to the CT palette (I purchased the entire collection and love everything) I think that the lightgasm, especially the bronzer, is too light for your tan skin and maybe that's the reason you're having a hard time obtaining the desired color on your cheeks. As I have lighter skin, it shows immediately on my cheeks. Just my thoughts. Hugs from Paris

As much as I wanted that CT palette, I gotta agree that the Becca looks prettier on your skin; even when you did the close up on the highlighter, the Becca side had a blurring effect on your skin whereas the CT side seemed to emphasize texture.

I’m so glad I decided to go with the Lovegasm palette instead of the Lightgasm. I feel like the Lightgasm would not have worked for my skin tone at all.
I normally could care less about packaging, just performance. But something about the Charlotte tilbury palette is really selling me. It’s just so pretty. I feel like nothing will ever top the benefit bronze squad palette for me.

It lasts on me all day. It does fade, and probably more than the CT, but, what I do is add a matte Bronzer, add a matte blush and it helps the longevity. Wow, before you even got into the application/ comparison I thought to myself the side of your face you revealed to be the Becca side looked better on you! It blended into your skin seamlessly, whereas the Charlotte side seemed more obvious. Interesting! I am definitely going for the Becca now! I'm a mac nc30...Asian and usually wear very light make up. I'm only starting to try out bronzers! Summer is also coming and I do tan a shade or two so i was worried that whichever I chose wouldn't work later on...
@@jjs1281 if you like light makeup, I would get the Becca palette. Because all of those shades are buildable, but not super pigmented like the ND palette. I would pick it up this wkd if you can because it's half off👌 but honestly, I think you would like the becca one more than the ND💋❤

I think something you didn't point out, but would have been good to mention, is that the Charlotte Tilbury palette is far more neutral toned, whereas the Becca palette is more warm toned, which you can see immediately with the bronzers. The Becca palette definitely suits you and your skin tone better.
I think the CT side looks Grey on you, Becca side makes you looks more lively. Glad you made live comparison, I bought the Becca one through the sale, in Canada the sale still costed me $32.00😒

But you're sooooo right, the bronzer in the LoveGasm palette works much better for my skin tone but I'm such a peach blush fan so I prefer the blushes in this palette. Tara Lynn Thank you so much for taking your time to reply 😍 My skintone is light during the winter. I do get a bit more tanned during spring and summer. I use the shade 025W Soft beige during winter. In summer i use 3N cream beige. Just now I mix the two ☺️ So i guess my skintone is light-medium..😅 I have seen so many mixed reviews on the Lightgasm palette, so I think I may skip it. I will however get the Beauty light wand in peachgasm 🥰

It could, depending on where you put it. But, I don't really have texture on my cheeks, or enlarged pores (my texture is on my jawline). But, several of my followers have bought it and love it. I haven't heard anyone say that. But. Because it has a shimmer base to it, you definitely run a risk of it exaggerating texture❤❤
@@PlanningWithK hmmm I would say the formula from CT may be a little less shimmery than the Becca, so it possibly wouldn't show as much on texture. But, my issue with the CT palette is getting it to show up at all. Lol. 🤦♀️😫
I actually really like the CT on you! I like more pigmented, so I won't be reaching for it, but the CT palette looks so airbrushed on you. You don't see where it starts or ends, you just see natural beauty and I think that's what suits more mature women. I noticed that the more you try to build the CT, it didn't get muddy, it still looked very airbrushed and I think that's the price you are paying.
That's definitely a great point. You are able to keep adding without it getting muddy. I need to stop being heavy handed with blush, but dang. Hahaha. I definitely agree, then when I see it In person I'm like where did the pigment go🙈 Haha. But, thank you sooooo much for a different opinion and maybe me think😘💋
Ok sweetie my skin I deeper than yours and I have both glowgasm pallets you’re using them wrong it’s a baked gele formula and when they put that print on the pans they look beautiful but it also creates a layer of hard pan so what you should do is push your bristles into the product rubbing across won’t work no mater how hard you do push the brush into the pans I hope this helps
I hate to point out that there is a huge difference in application techniques between the two products. Not only with the blush but in how all applications were made. Everyone has their own opinion regarding products. However, the differences in pressure applied during application and means in which they were conducted lead me to believe this video does not help me decide whether or not to switch products or to stick with my Becca palette.
There is a difference in applying because I had to use more pressure with the CT palette than the Becca palette. I agree, too each is their own. And I LOVE CT everything, but this palette just wasn't pigmented enough for me and what I like. 😥 I'm sorry the video didn't help you decide❤ Thanks for the input💞
Also, I can't apply the products the exact same way on each side. Crossing over my face is a different application as well. Some can apply their makeup using right hand for right side left hand for left side but I am not good with my left hand😥🙈
@@mandyvelez3426 I definitely agree. I bought mine from CT and the return was super easy. Took 3 wks to refund, but they didn't give me any hassle when I returned it. So that's always an option if it doesn't work. Hoping you have better luck than I did. It's such a beautiful palette💞
I think CT side is more beautiful and looks so classy ,,, Becca side it’s too dark & too much shinny & muddy ... in my opinion isn’t always too much make up make someone beautiful,,the less is always the better.

As much as I wanted that CT palette, I gotta agree that the Becca looks prettier on your skin; even when you did the close up on the highlighter, the Becca side had a blurring effect on your skin whereas the CT side seemed to emphasize texture.

I’m so glad I decided to go with the Lovegasm palette instead of the Lightgasm. I feel like the Lightgasm would not have worked for my skin tone at all.

It lasts on me all day. It does fade, and probably more than the CT, but, what I do is add a matte Bronzer, add a matte blush and it helps the longevity. I am actually glad you commented on this video, i haven't worn this for a minute and I'm actually doing my makeup now so I'm pulling it out😁❤❤ Thanks for watching and commenting 🦋🌟💋

Wow, before you even got into the application/ comparison I thought to myself the side of your face you revealed to be the Becca side looked better on you! It blended into your skin seamlessly, whereas the Charlotte side seemed more obvious. Interesting! I am definitely going for the Becca now! @@jjs1281 if you like light makeup, I would get the Becca palette. Because all of those shades are buildable, but not super pigmented like the ND palette. I would pick it up this wkd if you can because it's half off👌 but honestly, I think you would like the becca one more than the ND💋❤

I’m definitely getting the Becca palette during the Sephora VIB sale. Thank you for the comparison. I also like a more pigmented formula. I need to cover hyperpigmentation and post acne scars. That light flush of color seems like it’s better for people with good skin.

I think something you didn't point out, but would have been good to mention, is that the Charlotte Tilbury palette is far more neutral toned, whereas the Becca palette is more warm toned, which you can see immediately with the bronzers. The Becca palette definitely suits you and your skin tone better.

I wish they made the Becca one permanent I have that one and I love it. I try to refrain myself from not using it everyday because I gravitate to it all the time! But I have other products I need to use up! And rotate! But I’m in love with the Khloe Becca pallete soo much!!
I use my becca pallete everyday I wont stop using it ..I bought it the day it came out no regrets! I also love the benefit cheekleaders in bronze squad. I'll pass on this face pallete. But you're sooooo right, the bronzer in the LoveGasm palette works much better for my skin tone but I'm such a peach blush fan so I prefer the blushes in this palette. Tara Lynn Thank you so much for taking your time to reply 😍 My skintone is light during the winter. I do get a bit more tanned during spring and summer. I use the shade 025W Soft beige during winter. In summer i use 3N cream beige. Just now I mix the two ☺️ So i guess my skintone is light-medium..😅 I have seen so many mixed reviews on the Lightgasm palette, so I think I may skip it. I will however get the Beauty light wand in peachgasm 🥰

It could, depending on where you put it. But, I don't really have texture on my cheeks, or enlarged pores (my texture is on my jawline). But, several of my followers have bought it and love it. I haven't heard anyone say that. But. Because it has a shimmer base to it, you definitely run a risk of it exaggerating texture❤❤
Comparing to the CT is it more smooth or about the same?

I actually really like the CT on you! I like more pigmented, so I won't be reaching for it, but the CT palette looks so airbrushed on you. You don't see where it starts or ends, you just see natural beauty and I think that's what suits more mature women. I noticed that the more you try to build the CT, it didn't get muddy, it still looked very airbrushed and I think that's the price you are paying.
That's definitely a great point. You are able to keep adding without it getting muddy. I need to stop being heavy handed with blush, but dang. Hahaha. I definitely agree, then when I see it In person I'm like where did the pigment go🙈 Haha. But, thank you sooooo much for a different opinion and maybe me think😘💋

Ok sweetie my skin I deeper than yours and I have both glowgasm pallets you’re using them wrong it’s a baked gele formula and when they put that print on the pans they look beautiful but it also creates a layer of hard pan so what you should do is push your bristles into the product rubbing across won’t work no mater how hard you do push the brush into the pans I hope this helps

I hate to point out that there is a huge difference in application techniques between the two products. Not only with the blush but in how all applications were made. Everyone has their own opinion regarding products. However, the differences in pressure applied during application and means in which they were conducted lead me to believe this video does not help me decide whether or not to switch products or to stick with my Becca palette.
There is a difference in applying because I had to use more pressure with the CT palette than the Becca palette. I agree, too each is their own. And I LOVE CT everything, but this palette just wasn't pigmented enough for me and what I like. 😥 I'm sorry the video didn't help you decide❤ Thanks for the input💞

Also, I can't apply the products the exact same way on each side. Crossing over my face is a different application as well. Some can apply their makeup using right hand for right side left hand for left side but I am not good with my left hand😥🙈

I think CT side is more beautiful and looks so classy ,,, Becca side it’s too dark & too much shinny & muddy ... in my opinion isn’t always too much make up make someone beautiful,,the less is always the better.
