And slip blinds are required to have a t-handle, extend at least 2" above flange, and be flagged. This is very obviously an old old video, but still very practical.

Yes. But the pipe/spools are not to be moved or shifted at all, then how they put it inside?
The flanges are usually wedged open. Some pipe will naturally spread when loosening flanges.
