This is one of those races that I can watch and enjoy even though I have seen it several times before, because it was such an awesome race. It is a showdown between a very naturally talented rider who was feeling confident, executed flawlessly, and gave it everything he had against a fearless, determined, young pitbull who hates losing, that gave it everything he had. They were both riding those 250 two strokes to perfection. The way they kept those bikes in the meat of their narrow power bands is something an old skooler like me notices. Awesome stuff right here.
