Hi Paul hope you don't mind I'm asking all of your viewers to please pray for my sister Susan she had a heart attack at 1 a.m. this morning and needs prayers for comfort as her heart is inflamed surrounded by fluid and she struggling to breathe thank you all.

Thank you for taking me along for the ride. Loved stopping at the pond . Those geese know a good thing when they see it. Thanks for the prayers and sharing the love and joy of the day. Keep Safe ❤Keep Well ❤
@@meghamilton9234 I think even with a truck it's easy to get overwhelmed with all the stuff that is discarded by the public on a daily basis. Sometimes when people are doing a clean-out they have a very short period of time to get rid of a lot of stuff, so it ends up on the curb to meet their deadline. I am so glad to see people like Paul who save a lot of this stuff from the landfill, but we also need public education as to how to dispose of and re-home recyclables and re-usable stuff.
The old crochet blankets and afghans like the vintage granny square in the dresser you came across go for $30-90 on eBay and depop depending on how intricate the design or size of it is. Hope someone after you picked them up. What a shame if they ended up in the landfill. I would love to own a couple.

Hi Paul, we still have the exact same boom box. Now use it in the garage. I was watching one of your past videos. There was wire in the trash. you didn't pick it up. Where we haul our scrap to, it isn't a favorite of the crane workers. The wire gets tangled into everything. My husband rolls it up wraps it up the best he can. Putit into a washing machine or dryer drum works well.
Thanks Paul for your videos, they are entertaining to watch and a blessing...I guess that's why I miss you so much when you don't post. Have a great week and God bless👍
I always save up my scrap and then put it all out on trash day separate from the trash can. I’ve done it for years and it always disappears quickly so, even though I never see the scrapers, they are out there.
The rust on the huffy is easily removed with some AWESOME and SOS PADS, that's what I use on my bike repairs to get rid of rust , on rims , handlebars, seat posts.

While living in Oklahoma one year, had a cat on our doorstep. Seeing it was winter my brother in law built a home out of cardboard box, put heat lamp in there and cat loved it! Well my Sister and I couldn’t take it for long before we looked at each other and said he’s adopted. So of to vet cat went. Got fixed. Got shots. We had 4 other cats in house at the time. In time Cutie became mine. So 4 years later still with me. Cutie travels with me. She has been to Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California and back!
Once your adoption (by the cat ) is finalized, make sure to get kitty spayed or neutered. Girls will come fully loaded and boys will eventually spray. Neither is fun. Call your local shelter or cat rescue for resources to get shots and altering done cheaply. Then, try to minimize kitty wandering out of doors because kitties get hurt outdoors. If you were chosen by a cat, obviously God thought you needed one in your life.
The thing you pulled out and said wasn't safe. Was a steamer to steam iron your clothes. They can cost a lot. It kind of looked like possibly they cleaned out mom's house.
Just like my childhood Saturday morning cartoons: Sam and Ralph say hi on the way to work in the morning 🤣 You mean that Doors song about people being strange when you're a scrapper? People are strange when you're a scrapper, trash isn't ugly when you're alone.
It's good with the recycling not only avoiding to add to landfill but also lesser need to mining for minerals for making new metal products. Especially if the mining takes place in countries where they're not overly cautious to prevent toxic waste of the excavation spreading to surrounding land and watersources. That is a major source for conflicts, even between nations, where one nation has polluted a watersource where water downstreams have been rendered ruined for people, animals or even irrigation for agriculture. So you and fellow scrappers are surely doing a very important work. So as a lawyer I would say that those who comments about why not get a real job are ignorant of the worth of it beyond the day to day price paid for it.

These vintage bikes are cool. Just remove rust with some citric acid and if it's just surface rust you may paint it with a rustprotective paint. I have an old womens bike from ca 40s that I don't have the heart to do away with though I don't ride it often because the brakes are rather non existant. But it loads more grocery and such compared to my modern commute and excercise bike.

It is the cat that does the choosing and we are merely the lucky one they choose. You other commenter is correct, if you are keeping what sounds like a little dear, please take it to the vet for shots, care and to be fixed to reduce the population of unwanted cats and kittens. if it is a girl, they can start having kittens very early which can be why they are out roaming.

I have been watching your videos for a while but I never comment .I love your kind spirit to others .

BTW great pronunciation of Louisville. Many people pronounce it Loo-ee-vill as we are named after King Louis XV! . Most of us locals actually pronounce it Loo-a-vul which you were close to.
