Bruins management did good picking up Lindholm and ridding of Moore’s contract. Let’s just hope he comes back from injury soon. I’d definitely keep brown on that third pairing he was a nice pickup as well.
lol Who cares about a consistent 3rd pairing? We are constantly juggling the 3rd pairing in the postseason due to injuries. It's nice to have the depth going into the playoffs. Boston has lost a top 4 defenseman before the playoffs at least 2 times in the last 5 years heading into the playoffs. Brandon Carlo missed the entire postseason twice in 2016-2017 & 2017-2018. Heck, how many times did McQuaid or Kevan Miller get hurt and miss a lot of playoff games? Your 3rd pairing is literally the least important pairing. When you need toughness for a physical series, you will see more Forbert or Brown. When it's a series where we need speed, like against Toronto for example, we will likely see more Reilly and Clifton. It's all about who you are playing. This isn't exactly rocket science.
I think both of them have their bad games! But for the most part I think they fix what they're doing wrong the next game. These bottom pairing guys don't seem to be doing that at all.
I really think you give forbort Reilly another shot, on paper it makes the most sense besides them both being left, forbort I think should play no matter what, despite the odd turnover or bad play, he shuts stuff down and is great on the PK, Reilly can acc move the puck, u gotta play those guys and make it work together
I don’t understand why everyone hypes up Clifton so much he for sure brings energy to the lineup but just makes so many mistakes. I don’t think he is ready to be a regular nhler yet and I’d say try Forbort with Mcavoy, lindholm with Reilly, and gryz with Carlo yes someone would be playing on their offside but I think it’s at least worth a shot to see how it goes towards the last few games of the reg season.
With Lindholm out right now I definitely agree with what you're saying here. It's much easier to bring him back and test him with another person instead. He worked amazing with McAvoy! I think he might have stayed there forever but now is the perfect opportunity to try him with Clifton or Reilly.
@@ICBBRUINS yeah I think it’s just worth a shot once everyone is healthy putting the two struggling defenseman with lindholm and mcavoy so they have someone who can help bail them out if they make a mistake. And earlier in the season the Forbort mcavoy pairing looked promising
Clifton is awful, constantly turning pucks over, scared to get hit but will throw hits, takes bad penalty’s. I’d rather have someone with no legs or arms play instead of him

I'd take brown over Clifton , Reilly or forbort. They need some toughness out there.

Im liking our chances w Chucky and Hampus. Go B's
Aaah. But is it. W lindholm in, they played pretty good after getting him. Shut down some top tier teams.
We need more top 4 Dmen not more bottom pairing defenseman
They're top 12 is a mess.
Indeed the whole team is a mess right now 😂
That is Vaakanainen..not Vaakaheinen
I guess I just miss Danton Heinen too much 😔
What about the inconsistency of Carlo and Griz?

Softest pairing in nhl.

Every effing year . This team is made of glass, every year during crunch time we lose important players . Why not move Lindholm to the second paring.
Reilly and Cryzlyk both need to go between always being hurt and not even being good.
Clifton isn't good sorry

i’m sorry Clifton just looks horrible!
