    Ground up can sardines (no onions or extra spices) are a great source of protein for dogs and cats, very healthy! Organ meats are also excellent for dogs and should be a part of their dinners at least 4 times a week (if not more). Organ meats do not need to be cooked for dogs. Dogs also like inexpensive tuna and other canned fish WITHOUT BONES ONLY. Just remember to not feed your dog anything that contains onion or onion power as it can make dogs very sick.

    Supermarkets and restaurants are in business to make a profit. They cannot make a profit if they sell foods that are not popular. Chicken livers are not as popular as beer and potato chips. Canned sardines and refrigerated sauerkraut are not as popular as Oreo cookies, sweetened breakfast cereals and chocolate bars. When a food becomes unpopular it is no longer profitable and not worth taking up valuable shelf space to stock it. Some other nutritious foods might be popular but are perceived as too expensive. Organic butter from grassfed milk cows might be popular if it were not so much more expensive than fake butter margarine.

One has higher quantity of bacon in it, and I only know this due to side by side comparison of the lists of ingredients . Other than that, I really couldn't tell you which one was which if you performed a blind taste test. The flavor, and consistency are pretty much identical, at least they are to my pallette. There is, however, a noticeable difference in color. Liverwurst, has a pale shade, similar to human skin. Braunschweiger is a darker color, appearing more deep pink.... more like sunburnt human skin... teehee teehee...

    Sardines, unsalted or salted sunflower seeds, and that crispy flat seaweed. A little sardine oil on top of it and it is a delight.
    It became one of my favorite snacks when I first & finally removed any brain fog in 2014. It started with a candida cleanse that I was proving could be done for three months to someone that had horrible candida overgrowth & said it was too hard. Which meant cutting out all dairy products, all soy products, all bread, products and all sugars.
    If you desire an amazing diet, fresh vegetables, whatever type of healthy, organic and wild caught meat and seeds and beans. You will feel so light and strong from this newly gained constitution.

    Why do they tell us beef is bad?It is very healthy

    • @frugallivingrecipes
      @frugallivingrecipes  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The argument that beef is unhealthy often stems from concerns about saturated fats and their potential link to heart disease. However, beef is also a rich source of essential nutrients like protein, iron, and B vitamins. The debate is complex and influenced by various factors including dietary guidelines, environmental concerns, and differing scientific opinions. It's important to consider the balance and quality of one's overall diet rather than singling out a single food item

    Oh man, thank you for sharing. I raised my own grass, fed beef, and I do make broth from their bones and bone marrow.
    I do have one question though. I boil my bones for 48 hours. Is that too long?

    • @frugallivingrecipes
      @frugallivingrecipes  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Boiling bones for 48 hours can be beneficial for extracting nutrients and creating a rich broth. However, it can also depend on the type of bones and your desired result. For most purposes, 24-48 hours is generally sufficient. If you find the flavor or consistency is too intense, you might consider reducing the time slightly

    Learn how to obtain all of your essential amino acids from combining plant proteins to get thru this planned attack on meat. Most meat is obtained under horrific conditions anyway. Get your meat from responsible humane ranchers or give it up. There is no in-between.
