Beautiful, this is what in envisioned when I saw this component, was not sure how to execute it, you did it, beautifully! Thanks for the tutorial! I have a bunch of these components left. I listed them a couple of days ago, so everyone can play with them😁 again thank you, I learned a lot!
Thank you Gina. You have impeccable taste when it comes to curating bead collections which makes it easy to design with! 🙂 Good to know about the chandelier component. Somebody asked about it this morning. I’m listing the link here in case anyone else is interested: www.ggctreasures.com/product-page/chandelier-necklace-components-set-of-six 🌺🌸🌼
I cannot believe how organized you are, not only your working area, but also all the detailed information that you give in the description below. So much work! It is so kind of you and very appreciated! 👍💖
Thank you Luisa! Beautiful and so delicate! I really like your calm music and how you are really excited when you create each piece! Looking at the finished necklace looks so hard to make but your step be step instructions over and over again makes it possible to believe we can make it too! Thank you for your scenery openings for your tutorials too! This is such a fun and pleasant way to learn! Hope you had a nice Valentines outing!
The necklace and that dress and you are all so beautiful. You have done it once again and created a gorgeous necklace from scratch. I love your videos because they make my creative juices flow. I hope you and your hubby have a lovely Valentines' Day dinner!
What a beautiful tutorial. I really enjoyed watching you put this necklace together. It is gorgeous. Thank you for the inspiration and wonderful ideas.
Wow, this is incredibly beautiful and it goes so well with your outfit… and nails! Both you and your creations are amazing! I also really appreciated how at the end you mentioned that the wire twisting is hard on the fingers. It’s something I’m always mindful of because my mother has arthritis so I can see how that may matter to some people. You were very thoughtful and caring to share that word of caution. So big props to you! Keep creating cause I love seeing what you make next!
Aww..thank you. Yes, whenever I use this technique, I end up roughening up the skin on my fingers. It reminds me of back when I was a teen learning how to play guitar. I developed some serious calluses! 🙂🌸🌼🌺
As usual, Luisa, you create gorgeous necklaces. I admire its beauty and how it suits you so much. I wait with impatience for your tutorials. Thank you for sharing!
Gorgeous, Luisa, especially when you modeled it with that beautiful sparkly top. I love sparkle and I loved the way this necklace was put together. When I saw that curved component I couldn't think of a way to use it that I would like but you hit it out of the ballpark. Thank you for this great tutorial. Blessings.
I just realized that I have never watched a jewelry tutorial all the way through, until yours.I love how you methodically explain and breakdown each step.I love doing wire work and I am learning new techniques all the time.Your videos are so calming and fun to watch and then try to create my own version of your ideas.Thank you for sharing your craft and time.Rachel from New Hampshire!
That is so elegant! You have a special grace with your hand movements as you create. One day I would like to be able to come close to the surety of movement and acquire a healthy dose of your creative juices too.
Luisa, this is beautiful, and so creative! It looks stunning on you too! I can't wait to try it myself...thank you for an excellent tutorial! 💖💖🙏🙏🤩🤩🌻🌻🎨🎨
How could anyone "dislike" the necklace you've just made, it's fabulous, like all your work, I especially loved the colourful one you did, earlier i think, celebrating "spring". I must get A into G and make one for myself.
My daughter made a bridal bouquet doing this twisting technique, only she made all the flowers using seed beads. Her fingers were very sore when she was done, but a very unique way to address beads. Beautiful necklace Luisa, I love the colors.
This is gorgeous.. I love this type of creations you do for that look. You look stunning. !!! Both you and the necklace just sparkled.. Hope you enjoy the night out... Love your tutorials. So nice to have you show and teach everything. Thank you....💕💖
Love this design. I’ve done some wire work, so I will make this one. Your Tutorial is excellent with all the necessary details. Thanks! Gina, thanks for the beautiful beads!
What a Beauty, Ms. Louisa! I must say that I was a little worried at first, wondering how the heck it was gonna work out---but my goodness, it is gorgeous. There is nothing like making our own jewelry. Thank you so much for taking the time to show us how to make every project. You answer our questions before we ask LOL! Well done, young lady!
Thank you so much Debbie! I still have your beads sitting on my work table. I look at them every day and I know I'll be using them soon. I just have to get through some of my bead sponsor boxes. 🙂🌸🌼🌺
Wow! You look stunning wearing that lovely necklace! It's perfect for a holiday party or a fancy dinner. I think all the necklaces look fantastic on you, and it think it's because you model them so well. I mean, the necklaces and jewelry ensembles are always great but the model makes them look even better. Just saying. This particular piece is perfect in the Winter's snow scenes. I really must try to make one like this. Thank you so much for all that you do! Peace, love and blessings to you and yours! 😊💖🙏
So beautiful! Thank you! I bought similar base components from a craft store ages ago. They've since tarnished a bit, so I wasn't sure if I could ever use them. Perhaps now I can. At least I'm inspired to try. Worst case, at least I've learned a new technique. Tfs!!
Yes, you can definitely cover up tarnished components. Have you tried using polishing cloths? These actually do a good job of removing tarnish. I’ve used them a number of times: amzn.to/3B5DJYX This brand also sells a protective coating that helps prevent tarnish. 🌺🌼🌸
Such a beautiful winter intro. I love to look at the snow scenes but don't want to be in them, Beautiful! That must be why I'm in Florida now instead of NY. Anyway, your necklace is gorgeous! Love the bling and the wire wrap technique you used. It had me thinking of several projects I did several years back before I got so into beading. I had bought bead chips and back then I didn't know what type of stone they were. Back then I was into mosaics and I also made several small trees with bead chips that I wire wrapped into the branches and also formed the trunk. You had something in the background that looked similar. You may have motivated me into doing a few more of those wire wrapped trees. You do some amazing work and I appreciate your tips on working with wire. Thank you!
This is sooooo awesome. It's so beautiful. After you finished wrapping the beads, I thought that would look pretty as a hair adornment that would go on the side of a bun. Don't know how to explain it, but attached to the fold of your hair bun. But all the same as always this is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
New to your channel and so glad I found it! You are a wonderful teacher! This necklace, along with some of the other beautiful pieces you’ve created in the videos I have watched in the last 24 hours, are just gorgeous! I love your calm demeanor....makes me believe I can go reproduce what you’ve done, even though I may not be at your skill level just yet! It’s certainly not going to keep me from trying though!😉 Looking forward to watching more of your past videos and anxiously waiting for new ones! ~~Lisa
I’m so impressed!! It’s beautiful! I have the bag, I’m waiting on my pentagon beads, I’m definitely going to give this a try. I like fiddley work. But you’ve done such a great job with this one, I can’t resist. I love watching your videos, you are such a great teacher. Thank you for sharing your design, it’s gorgeous!♥️♥️
I think the twisting method would work well using Czech leaf beads and druks as berries to make a cool harvest/ fall necklace. I always learn cool techniques from you. Is there a place where we can read more about your jewelry journey? I’d like to know how you learned all this stuff. Thank you.
That would look lovely. I made a summary necklace using pretty acrylic flower beads about a year ago using this technique. I have a tutorial on it. It’s a very useful technique for making nature inspired pieces. My jewelry journey is not that exciting but I do have an extensive background in the arts. I made a video about it over a year ago but I should probably make a more updated one soon. 🌺🌸🌼
My goodness this is so so beautiful❣️❣️❣️ I am going to try this even though wire work isn’t my strong point, I just have to try. You are such a great teacher and explain things so well that if I just practice for awhile first I hope I will get the hang of it. Absolutely a beautiful piece Luisa, thank you 😊💗🥰
I wrote my post before the end of the video. I just have to add the necklace looks stunning on beautiful you. I hope you had a wonderful Valentines dinner 🌹
Hello my fellow bead friend! I love your design and although I do not have GGC bead box, I do have the materials for this!!! Have a great day and many blessings to you and your family!!!
If they’re an inch or longer I keep them for future projects. Sometimes when I’m filming, I cut slightly longer pieces because it helps me do the job quicker and easier. When I’m working by myself, I cut shorter pieces because I can get closer to my work and I can see what I’m doing 😊
Omgosh this necklace is so beautiful I just love it the only thing if l would want to make a wire with beads like that what could l use as a component cause l have tried to get GGC’s subscription and l haven’t gotten an answer so what would you suggest?
Good question! Gina contacted me to let me know that she has plenty of those chandelier components for sale in her online store. They’re available for $4.00 for a set of six. Here’s a direct link: www.ggctreasures.com/product-page/chandelier-necklace-components-set-of-six 🙂🌺🌸🌼
