    How do you file/sue for fraud? I don't want to hire a lawyer.

      Warning: the law of fraud (both criminal and civil) is a highly technical one, so I would NOT proceed without an attorney. My best advice is to visit the closest office of your town's local bar association or the legal clinic office of your closest ABA-approved law school, as they can help you prepare and file your claim free of charge.
